We learned our agency matched us with the mermaid. It was very exciting and I can't believe a month has passed already. So, in honor of the mermaid coming home to be part of our family, we had chinese take out for dinner. Then, we raced off to the ballpark for the pirate's game. Aunt Staci came to watch. The pirate batted last again, so he had three more grand slams! He even "hot dogged it" from third plate to home. He played at the pitcher's mound and had a great stop on defense that popped him in the hand. He shook it off and and announced, "I'm OK!". That 's my boy!
Lots of families got their LOA's today. They are the papers you sign to accept the adoption. We did not get ours today. If our dossier had gone through review, we might have gotten our LOA. We are very close to review!!!! So, we will wait till next month. You never know.....
